Welcome to Holy Cow Cheesesteaks & Fish Fry! Founded by Gino, a former owner of popular cheesesteak shops in Central New York, we bring a fresh twist to Marcellus, NY. After stepping away from the food business for a couple of years, Gino found the perfect opportunity to introduce our simple yet delicious concept of cheesesteaks made from freshly sliced beef and chopped chicken breast.
